Prof. Dr. Alessandro Bonadonna holds a Master’s degree in Business and Economics and a Ph.D. in Culture and Business. He is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Management at the University of Turin, Italy. His research interests focus on local food systems and sustainable tourism. He has participated in several research projects, and his teaching activities cover operations and supply chain management, food quality management, and environmental technologies. He is also a member of the Italian Academy of Commodity Science and the Research Centre on Natural Risks in Mountain and Hilly Environments (NATRISK).
