Serra İlayda Yerlitaş graduated from the Department of Mathematics, Erciyes University of in 2020. She is currently a master's student in Erciyes University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Biostatistics, at the thesis stage. She also works as a research assistant in the same unit. Her research interests are biostatistics, machine learning, diagnostic tests, and classification. In 2022, it received the best content award in the oral presentation category at the WhyR! conference.
