Rosaria Marino graduated in Biological Sciences from the University of Bari, Italy. In 2002–2003, she was a Visiting Research Scientist at the Department of Food and Nutritional Sciences of the University College Cork, Ireland. In 2005, she became a Researcher at the University of Foggia. Since 2018, she has been an Associate Professor of Animal Science at the Department of Agriculture, Food, Natural Resources and Engineering, University of Foggia, Foggia, Italy. Her research spans animal science, meat quality, animal production, animal nutrition, and agricultural and biological sciences.
