Xianglei Liu was born in Rizhao, Shandong Province, in 1982. He received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Geographic Information Systems from the Shandong University of Science and Technology in 2005 and 2008, respectively. He received his Ph.D. degree in Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing from Tongji University in 2012. He is currently an Associate Professor at the Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture. He has published more than 30 peer-reviewed papers, and he is the inventor of three patents. His research interests are deformation monitoring based on GBSAR and high-speed videogrammetric measurement.
