Alice Rosi currently works at the Department of Food and Drug Sciences, University of Parma. She has a Master’s Degree in Human Nutrition (University of Milan) and a Ph.D. in Food Science (University of Parma). Alice Rosi does research in Food Science, Nutrition, and Dietetics. She is actively involved in European and national projects focused on nutritional assessment, diet evaluation, food choices, and eating behaviours. She is also participating in developing mobile applications for edutainment and nutritional coaching. She is an active member of the Italian Human Nutrition Society (SINU) Working Group “SINU Young”, and a founding member of the “Italy Regional Network” for NNedPro (Need for Nutrition Education Project) Global Centre for Nutrition.
