As of late 2019, the COVID19 pandemic has been causing huge concern around the world. Such a pandemic posed serious threats to public safety, the well-being of healthcare workers, and the overall health of the population. If automation can be implemented in healthcare systems, patients could be better cared for and health industries could be less burdened. To combat such challenges, e-health requires apps and intelligent systems. Using WBAN sensors and networks, a doctor or medical professional can advise patients on the best course of action. Patients’ fitness could be assessed using WBAN sensors without interfering with their daily activities. When designing a monitoring system, system performance reliability for competent healthcare is critical. Existing research has failed to create a large device capable of handling a large network or to improve WBAN topologies for fast transmitting and receiving patient data. As a result, in this research, we create a multisensor WBAN (MSWBAN) intelligent system for transmitting and receiving critical patient data. To gather information from all cluster nodes and send it to multisensor WBAN, a novel additive distance-threshold routing protocol (ADTRP) is proposed. In small networks where data are managed by the transmitting node and the best data route is determined, this protocol has less redundancy. An edge-cutting-based routing optimization (ES-EC-R ES-EC-RO) is used to find the best route. The Trouped blowfish MD5 (TB-MD5) algorithm is used to encrypt and decrypt data, and the encrypted data are stored in a cloud database for security. The performance metrics of our proposed model are compared to current techniques for the best results. End-to-end latency is 63 ms, packet delivery is 95%, security is 95.7%, and throughput is 9120 bps, according to the results. The purpose of this article is to encourage engineers and front-line workers to develop digital health systems for tracking and controlling virus outbreaks.

Breast cancer is still one of the most common and difficult tumors to cure that impact women globally. Conventional treatment methods frequently result in inconsistent patient outcomes and serious side effects. By using integrative genomic and proteomic profiling to produce individualized oncological medicines, this study tackles the serious issue of the one-size-fits-all treatment paradigm. The study aimed to ascertain distinct genetic mutations and protein expression profiles in tumors pertaining to breast cancer, establish a connection between these molecular discoveries and clinical results, and customize treatments to optimize therapeutic effectiveness while reducing adverse effects. The most important contribution of this study is the comprehensive identification of both common and unique genetic mutations such as TP53, PIK3CA, BRCA1 and BRCA2 and the elucidation of their corresponding protein expression profiles. This molecular knowledge has helped develop individualized treatment protocols that have been shown to significantly improve treatment outcomes. Specifically, patients who received personalized treatment based on their molecular profiles experienced an average 60% reduction in tumor size compared to 35% with standard treatment. In addition, individualized treatments resulted in a lower mean adverse event score of 3 compared to conventional treatments of 7, highlighting a significant reduction in treatment-related adverse events. The results of this study highlight the potential of personalized medicine to optimize breast cancer treatment by matching treatment strategies to the unique molecular characteristics of each patient's tumor. These findings pave the way for future research aimed at improving individualized treatments, improving the availability and affordability of molecular profiling techniques, and expanding the application of these techniques to wider and more diverse patient populations. With continued innovation and clinical validation, integrated genomic and proteomic profiling promises to set new standards for personalized oncology care, ultimately improving patient outcomes and quality of life.

With regard to the forthcoming requirements for mobile services in 5G networks, several new technologies have recently become the focus of leading-edge research. One of those is in-band full-duplex communications in processing data with bigdata based Apache spark. The idea is to simply employ the same frequency band to simultaneously transmit and receive information, allowing more spectrally efficient communications when compared to the traditional half-duplex or out-of-band full-duplex counterparts. By breaking a long-held assumption in wireless communications, in-band full-duplex. this paper aims to study wireless communication in 5G network with use of bigdata based Apache spark. Particularly, apache spark suppression filters are studied, as well as feedback adaptive filtering is proposed for relay systems with multiple-input multiple-out (MIMO) antennas. In this case, the relay system energy efficiency is maximized by finding the optimal transmit powers, while maintaining a certain individual link quality. For this scenario, the effect of massive MIMO is likewise addressed, and an algorithm that maximizes the system total achievable rate is derived. 5G technologies have pressing security challenges to secure data integrity and privacy in critical wireless communications requiring extensive research before implementing these technologies into use. This paper examines the new possibilities 5G networks offer for wireless network communication with high bandwidth of 90 GHz. The prediction of 5G network bandwidth maximum recoded at 90 GHz on 5 nodes of apache spark at 80% of data trained with total 12 nodes. The main question is will the 5G technology offers sufficient performance for wireless communication.

The main cause of peri-implantitis, a serious complication in dental implantology, is bacterial colonization and biofilm formation on implant surfaces, which results in inflammation and bone loss. The current range of treatments, such as antibiotic medication and mechanical debridement, is frequently insufficient to completely eradicate the infection and stop it from returning. By creating and analyzing antimicrobial nanocoatings for titanium dental implants, this project seeks to address this difficulty by reducing the risk of peri-implantitis and enhancing osseointegration. Three goals are being pursued by this research: first, antimicrobial nanocoatings on titanium implants will be synthesized and applied using agents like gentamicin, chitosan, and silver nanoparticles; second, these coatings' physicochemical characteristics and antimicrobial efficacy will be characterized; and third, their potential to improve osseointegration will be assessed. In order to evaluate surface shape and chemical content, the nanocoatings were fully characterized utilizing methods such as energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), atomic force microscopy (AFM), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The findings suggest that antibacterial nanocoatings improve the osseointegration of titanium dental implants while simultaneously lowering the incidence of peri-implantitis. These results imply that by providing a proactive strategy for infection control and bone integration, incorporating antimicrobial nanocoatings into the conventional dental implant production process could completely transform implantology. It is advised that more research be done, including in vivo investigations and clinical trials, in order to corroborate these results and expedite the practical implementation of this technology, ultimately leading to better patient outcomes and longer implant lifespans.

Internet of medical things (IoMT) communication has become an increasingly important component of 5G wireless communication networks in healthcare as a result of the rapid proliferation of IoMT devices. Under current network architecture, widespread access to IoMT devices causes system overload and low energy efficiency. 5G-based IoMT systems aim to protect healthcare infrastructure and medical device functionality for longer. Therefore, using energy-efficient communication protocols is essential for enhancing QoS in IoMT systems. Several methods have been developed recently to improve IoMT QoS; however, clustering is more popular because it provides energy efficiency for medical applications. The primary drawback of the existing clustering technique is that their communication model does not take into account the chance of packet loss, which results in unreliable communication and drains the energy of medical nodes. In this study, we concentrated on designing a clustering model named Whale optimized weighted fuzzy-based cluster head selection algorithm to facilitate successful communication for IoMT-based systems. The experimental study shows that the proposed strategy performs better in terms of QoS than compared approaches. Inferring from this, the proposed method not only reduces energy consumption levels of 5G-based IoMT systems but also uniformly distributes cluster-head over a network to improve QoS.
