Roa’a J. Zidan (the corresponding author) is an architect and academic who earned her B.Sc. and M.Sc. in architectural engineering from Jordan University of Science and Technology. She currently works as a full-time lecturer at the Engineering and Technology Faculty, Architecture Department, Applied Science Private University, Amman, Jordan. She previously worked as a researcher for EU-funded projects concerning cultural heritage and sustainable tourism. Her current research interests include architectural and urban studies, cultural heritage, and spatial patterns.
