Dr. Srete Nikolovski worked from 1978 to 1991 in the Electrical Maintenance Department of Kombinat Borovo. In 1989, he received his MSc degree from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Belgrade. In 1990, he started at the FTF in Osijek. In 1993, he earned his Ph.D. degree from the FER, University of Zagreb. He was appointed Assistant Prof. in 1996, Associate Prof. in 2000, Full Prof. in 2005, and tenured Full Professor in 2010 at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Information Technology, Osijek. In 2019, he was elected as Scientific Advisor in Tenure by AZVO agency. His main interests are power system reliability, protection and integration of DG in distribution networks, and arc-flash risk assessment. He has completed 68 projects for industry and grid companies and published more than 300 papers in journals and conferences. He is a senior IEEE member.
