Dr. Jichao Hong

Hong Jichao (Member, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree in automotive engineering from the Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing, China, in 2020. He is currently an Associate Professor with the School of Mechanical Engineering, University of Science and Technology Beijing, Beijing. He has published over 50 academic articles. His research areas include new energy power system integration, big data mining analysis, and intelligent safety control. Mr. Hong is the Director of IEEE PES China Electric Vehicle Technical Committee Power Battery Technology Sub-Committee and a Senior Member and a Member of the Youth Working Committee of Chinese Electrotechnical Society. He was awarded the First Prize of China Invention Association 2021 Invention and Innovation Award and the Outstanding Doctoral Thesis of China Automotive Engineering Society.
