As Sustainability becomes a central aspect of consumer values and corporate responsibility, marketing has evolved to incorporate concepts such as “green,” “sustainable,” and “smart” marketing, which are now being increasingly facilitated and amplified by digital technologies. This research investigates the intersection of digital transformation and green marketing, particularly emphasizing the transformative impact of technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), blockchain, artificial intelligence (AI), and digital platforms on sustainable marketing practices. The authors employ Latent Dirichlet allocation (LDA), a topic modeling technique, to analyze 2,061 research publications on green marketing from the Scopus database from 1991 to 2025. The analysis identifies the most prevalent themes and research clusters, which include sustainable consumption, digital marketing techniques, consumer purchasing intention, and green supply chains. An in-depth comprehension of contemporary research trends is provided by coherence-based evaluations, which generate solutions that encompass two, five, and ten topics. The primary scientific contribution of this work is the systematic mapping of fragmented literature and the identification of research voids, which has resulted in the proposal of a Theory–Context–Methodology (TCM) framework to guide future research. This investigation bolsters the theoretical underpinnings of green marketing and underscores the transformative influence of digital technology on promoting environmental Sustainability through marketing innovation.

Climate change is a paramount problem for humanity, representing a substantial danger to all living organisms. Industrialization, a vital factor for economic progress, has resulted in global warming, posing a threat to the long-term viability of our ecosystem. Currently, a wide range of techniques and technologies are being used to guarantee the preservation of the environment for future generations. This study employed data from the Scopus database to do topic modeling. Authors used latent Dirichlet allocation to extract research themes related to environmental sustainability from a corpus of 4023 research articles published between 1976 and 2022. By utilizing clustering methodologies to analyze the collection of words, Authors successfully forecasted two, five, and ten study subjects, emphasizing specific domains that necessitate additional investigation by scholars. Based on coherence ratings, five subjects have been identified as prospective study areas requiring further scientific exploration. The results of our research emphasize the significance of incorporating environmentally-friendly technologies in different industries to promote a long-lasting and eco-friendly ecosystem. In addition, authors recommend prioritizing implementing sustainable and environmentally friendly technologies, improving the management of ecosystems, encouraging water conservation, promoting agricultural advancements, and advancing renewable energy resources as crucial strategies for protecting the environment and enhancing ecological conditions. This analysis illuminates current research trends in environmental sustainability and potential pathways for future investigation and intervention.
Protean and boundaryless careers have emerged as new ways of handling careers in organizations. This concept is gaining a significant place in career studies. In line with this, the current study examines the relationship between the underlying dimensions of protean (self-direction and value-driven), boundaryless (boundaryless mindset (BM)) and mobility preference (MP) career attitudes and organizational commitment (OC) (affective, normative and continuance). Organizational commitment is important for all kinds of organizations. For data collection, 600 IT professionals employed in different organizations in the Delhi-NCR region of India were approached. Descriptive statistics, correlation and structural equation modeling (SEM) were utilized to validate the research outcomes and test hypotheses. Prior literature studies focusing on the effects of protean and boundaryless career attitudes on organizational commitment have not been much explored. The current study suggests that mobility preference has a significant contribution towards individuals’ continued commitment to the employing organization. Other variables assert an insignificant relationship with organizational commitment. These results demonstrate how decision-makers and managers should proceed to design a blueprint for the education of employees in conjunction with the underlying dimensions of protean, boundaryless and mobility preferences, career attitudes and organizational commitment (OC).

Purpose This research aims to introduce, validate, and assess a model rooted in protean career orientation (PCO), career satisfaction, and psychological well-being within the unique context of young professionals in the IT sector within a burgeoning economy. The study also delves into exploring the moderating influence of self-efficacy, first between protean career orientation and career satisfaction, and second between protean career orientation and psychological well-being. Design/methodology/approach The study employed Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) and moderation tests utilizing Hayes’ [33] PROCESS macro. A representative sample of 300 IT professionals from Delhi-NCR was utilized to conduct the research. Findings The data analysis results underscore a significant influence of protean career orientations among IT employees on both career satisfaction and psychological well-being. Furthermore, the study reveals the moderating role of self-efficacy in the relationship between PCO and psychological well-being, as well as between psychological well-being and career satisfaction. Originality This study contributes to the extant literature by expanding the understanding of self-efficacy, shedding light on potential outcomes associated with protean career orientation among IT professionals.
