Dr Alfonso Rosamilia obtained a degree in Veterinary Medicine in 2009 and in 2018, a PhD on “BoHV‑4‑based vector delivering Ebola virus surface glycoprotein” at the University of Parma, Department of Veterinary Medicine. In 2012, he obtained a specialization in the inspection of food of animal origin at the University of Parma, Department of Veterinary Medicine. The main activities of his work and research are in the field of animal health and the diagnosis of infectious diseases. He has published 18 publications in peer-reviewed journals.
