Roberta Astolfi is a fellowship at Department of Drug Chemistry and Technology, Sapienza University of Rome, under the supervision of Prof. Rino Ragno. She received a degree in pharmacy in January 2023 defending a thesis on the extraction of essential oils and hydrosols and the application of machine learning algorithms to build quantitative models on essential oil composition-activity relationships.
