Songlin He, born in January 1965, PhD, Professor, PhD Tutor. He is a 'New Century Million Talent Project' National Candidate, a recipient of the Special Subsidy Specialist of the State Council Government; Excellent Experts in Henan Province; Henan Science and Technology Innovation Talents; and Henan Academic Technology Leader. The direction of his scientific research is 'Garden Plants and Ornamental Horticulture', mainly engaged in the teaching and scientific research of garden plant cultivation physiology and biotechnology. He has chaired the 863 Program, the National Nature Science Foundation of China, the Scientific and Technical Achievements, the 948 Program, the Henan province outstanding youth fund and the National, Provincial (Ministry) level fund 17. With the support of the above-mentioned funds, he has been awarded 13 national and provincial ministerial awards. In recent years, 80 papers of his have been published in Scientia Horticulturae, Horticultural Plant Journal, etc. as the first author or communication author, respectively, and he has participated as the editor-in-chief and in the compilation of 10 academic books. He has won the Henan Province Overseas Returnees Achievement Award, Henan Province Youth Science and Technology Award, Henan Province University Innovative Talents, Henan Province Excellent Young Teachers, and the Henan Province Overseas Returnees Advanced Individual title.
