Kresimir Mastanjevic obtained his Ph.D. in Biotechnological Sciences and food engineering at the Faculty of Food Technology, the University of Osijek in 2010. In 2013 he was elected to be an Assistant Professor, in 2018 he was promoted to Associate Professor, and 2023 to Full Professor at the same Faculty. He has participated in many National and International conferences. He has participated in several national scientific and professional projects and was the head of several scientific projects. His main interests in food technology include meat and meat products.
