Rodolfo Lavilla Full Professor of Organic & Medicinal Chemistry at the Laboratory of Pharmaceutical Chemistry in the Faculty of Pharmacy and Food Sciences (University of Barcelona) BS (Pharmacy, U. Barcelona, 1982), MS (Medicinal Chemistry, U. Barcelona, 1983) and PhD (1987, Synthesis of Natural Products, Synthetic Methods, University of Barcelona). More than 30 years experience in teaching and research in organic and medicinal chemistry. Collaboration with pharmaceutical companies in drug research and development. Current research interests in multicomponent reactions, and applications in BioMed projects.
