Yuanqian Ma was born in Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, China, in 1991. She graduated from Sichuan University, Chengdu, China, and received her BS degree and PhD degree in electrical engineering and its automation from Sichuan University, Chengdu, China, in 2014 and 2019, respectively. She was a visiting student in electrical power engineering at University of Alberta for two years. She was also a visiting scholar in the College of Electrical Engineering at Zhejiang University in 2021. Currently, she is a lecturer at Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. Her main research interest is in the demand response and power market.
