Prof. Xuemei Li received her B.S. degree in Mathematics and Applied Mathematics from Yantai University in 2008, her M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (NUAA) in 2011 and 2015, respectively, and she was released from the Postdoctoral Stations of Applied Economics at Ocean University of China (OUC) in June 2018. She is currently a professor and doctoral supervisor at Ocean University of China and a "fixed dual-appointment" researcher at the Institute of Ocean Development. She is also the Chair of the 18th International Conference on Cluster Decision-Making and the Consultation Chapter Organizer and Chapter Chair as well as the Deputy Secretary General of the Open Economy Committee of the Chinese Society of Quantitative Economics. Her research interests include uncertainty forecasting and decision-making methods, quantitative economic analysis and modeling, and sustainable development of the marine economy.
