RICARDO E. PÉREZ GUZMÁN received the B.S. degree in Telecommunications and Electronics Engineer from Oriente University, Cuba in 2011 and M.S. degrees from the Department of Computer Science of Las Tunas University in Informatics Applied in 2015. He is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Engineering Systems from University of Talca, Chile. He is currently working as Professor of Computer Science Department at University of Talca. His research interests include communication, intelligent energy systems, predictive control and distributed control.
