Asist. Prof. Ana Cernega - PhD in Dentistry (2025), Assistant Professor at the Department of Organization, Professional Legislation and Management of the Dental Office, Faculty of Dental Medicine, “Carol Davila” University of Medicine and Pharmacy Bucharest, Romania. She also holds a Master’s degree in “Research and Operational Interventions in the Management of Medico-Social Services and Public Health” (Faculty of Medicine, “Carol Davila” University), and a Bachelor’s degree in Law (University of Bucharest, 2015). She has completed several international programs, including the Babson College Symposium for Entrepreneurship Educators (USA, 2022) and the Health Care Economics and Management Essentials certificates from Harvard Business School (USA, 2022–2023). Additionally, she obtained a Certificate of Complementary Studies in Health Economics from the “Carol Davila” University of Medicine and Pharmacy Bucharest (2023). Her research interests focus on healthcare systems, professional legislation and organization, communication, strategies and public health policies, the legal and managerial dimensions of the doctor–patient relationship (especially obligations and rights), defensive medical practice, and related interdisciplinary topics.
