Biography
Dr. Dmitry A. Ganyushkin is a Professor in the Department of Physical Geography and Landscape Design at the Institute of Earth Sciences, St. Petersburg State University. He graduated from St. Petersburg State University in 1997, followed by his Ph.D. in Geographical Sciences at the same university in 2001. His research interests cover the Dynamics of Eurasian mountain glaciation, Pleistocene and Holocene paleogeography, the evolution and dynamics of glacial lakes, and the Little Ice Age in Eurasia.
