Mengju Xie is a PhD candidate in Architecture at the Huazhong University of Science and Technology, majoring in Sustainable Buildings and Cities. He has over 4 years of research experience in building sustainability and solar architecture. He obtained a Registered Planner Certificate. His publications include a textbook, and more than 13 academic papers published in Chinese and English. He received his Master of Architecture degree from the School of Urban Design, Wuhan University in 2012, and worked in the Hubei Architectural Design Institute for 6 years.
