Fardin Abdali-Mohammadi was born in Khorramabad, Lorestan, Iran. He received his B.Sc. degree in computer engineering from Sharif University of Technology in 2001, his M.Sc. degree in software engineering from the Amirkabir University of Technology in 2003, and his Ph.D. degree from Isfahan University in 2012. He is currently an associate professor at the Department of Computer Engineering and Information Technology, Razi University, Kermanshah, Iran. He is also a Medical Doctor (GP) and his research interests include medical informatics, biomedical signal and image processing, data mining, and bioinformatics.
