Dr. Nana Su is currently an associate professor at Nanjing Agricultural University. She received a bachelor's degree in biotechnology from Qingdao University Medical College in 2010, and a doctorate in botany from the School of Life Sciences of Nanjing Agricultural University in 2017. Her research interests include the metabolic mechanism of anthocyanins in plants and the production and regulation technology of new specialty sprout vegetables.
