Terrence Thomas is a Professor and the Director of the Applied Survey Research Laboratory in the Department of Agribusiness, Applied Economics and Agriscience Education, School of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences at North Carolina A&T State University. His research interests and practice include the areas of consumer food shopping behavior and preferences, consumer eating habits and choices in food deserts, the role of community-based organizations in community development, complexity, collaboration and problem-solving in communities, and novel organization structures for supporting community development and entrepreneurship.
