I am a Senior Lecturer in Cyberpsychology in the Department of Psychology, specialising in Cyberlearning, Deviant Behaviour, Digital Environments, and Online Communication. My research spans two main domains: Technology-Enhanced Learning (TEL): I explore how educational technologies shape teaching and learning in Higher Education, focusing on student engagement, motivation, and knowledge construction. My work includes projects on social media and BYOD, learning analytics, metacognition, and innovative online learning platforms. Technology-Facilitated Digital Behaviour: I investigate how digital reliance reshapes social and cognitive abilities, with interests in cybercrime (e.g., cyber abuse, sexting, cyberpornography), problematic Internet and social media use, and applied digital practices in marketing, hybrid work, and health (including AI).
