A country's tourism sector is a vital component of economic growth. It can benefit from 'green finance' by raising the bar for service and increasing its sense of social responsibility. Banks and other non-bank financial entities worldwide have participated in green finance initiatives for developing the tourism industry. Based on reviews of secondary sources (such as academic papers, reports on sustainability from different economic and organizations that support the environment, and printed materials of the Bangladesh bank), this chapter aims to highlight the difficulties and potentials of green banking as well as the various types of green financing (such as green mortgages, green credit cards, and green bonds), as well as the advantages of green finance in the tourism sector in Bangladesh. In addition to describing existing green finance techniques in the tourism industry, this chapter identifies the primary obstacles to expanding such practices and offers potential solutions. The impact of eco-tourism service quality (ETSQ) and destination loyalty on beach tourism, particularly Kuakata Beach in Bangladesh, was examined. The present study builds upon the initial research on ETSQ to assess tourist satisfaction and destination loyalty at Kuakata Beach. Data for the analysis were obtained from 284 tourists who visited Kuakata Beach. The obtained data were processed with the use of SPSS 26 and smartPLS 3. The study demonstrated that ETSQ is significantly linked with tourist satisfaction and destination loyalty. The findings revealed a robust relationship between ETSQ, tourist satisfaction, and commitment to a specific destination. The study has practical implications for eco-tourism promotion by the government, semi-governmental, and non-governmental organizations in Kuakata, other tourist attractions in Bangladesh, and tour operators who could design ETSQ to provide tourist satisfaction tools and recommend tourist destinations.

This chapter investigates the possibility that creative tourism based on pilgrimage could serve as a driving force in achieving sustainable development goals (SDGs) in Bangladesh. By incorporating artistic components into pilgrimage experiences, this strategy not only improves the cultural and theological importance of the journey but also promotes economic growth, environmental conservation, and the empowerment of communities. The authors shed light on how pilgrimage sites can function as hubs for sustainable tourism development, thereby creating money for local communities, protecting cultural heritage, and fostering environmental stewardship. The authors employ secondary sources to compile the study. They examine techniques for collaboration between government agencies, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and local stakeholders to possible socio-economic gains. The results of this research highlight the transformative power of pilgrimage creative tourism in Bangladesh, furthering the sustainable development goals (SDGs) for developing sustainable tourism in the context of the global community.
Digital technology plays a vital role in the hospitality sector, which creates a strong relationship with customers and a practical experience. Adopting online digital marketing strategies and different platforms include social media marketing, content writing, SEO, PPC, email and online marketing. Earlier, hotel and restaurant owners only believed in word-of-mouth and print advertising to attract customers. But nowadays, digital media has become the first choice to attract guests; it is more engaging content, and builds a solid connection with online platforms. Through online digital marketing, the hotel industry can target different demographics and connect with guests worldwide. Digital marketing gives customers memorable experiences while staying in hotels, dining at a restaurant, and attending mega-events. Customers always see the reviews, comments, and ratings of the hotels/restaurants on the social platform, and customers decide to visit the hotel/restaurant where digital networks play an essential role in promotional activities in the hospitality sector.
