Jin-Yuan Wang (Senior Member, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree in information and communication engineering from Southeast University, Nanjing, China, in 2016. He is currently an Associate Professor at Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Nanjing, China. His current research interests include visible light communications and vehicular communications. Dr. Wang is serving as an Editor for KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Systems, Sensors, Journal on Communications, Journal of Electronics and Information Technology, Study of Optical Communications, Journal of Henan Polytechnic University, Aerospace Technology, and Telecommunication Engineering. He has been the TPC Co-Chair, Publicity Chair, Track Chair,Workshop Chair, or Session Chair for many conferences. He also serves as a reviewer for many international journals.
