Izabel Cristina Rodrigues da Silva is an Assistant Professor at the University of Brasília, Pharmacy course, Clinical Analysis Center. She is currently the coordinator of the Postgraduate Program in Health Science and Technology (UnB). She has a degree in Biomedicine from the São Paulo State University Júlio de Mesquita Filho (2000), a Master's degree in Sciences (Experimental Pathophysiology) from the University of São Paulo (2004), and a PhD in Molecular Pathology from the University of Brasília (2010). She is a Specialist in Public Health with Emphasis on Health Surveillance (PUC-GO, 2012). She has experience in the areas of Health Surveillance and Human and Medical Genetics Biostatistics. She works on projects involving genetic polymorphisms, aspects of health surveillance, and nonclinical studies.
