Dr. Falin Wu is an Associate Professor with the SNARS Laboratory, School of Instrumentation and Optoelectronic Engineering, Beihang University, Beijing, China.  He received his Ph.D. degree in marine information system engineering from the Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology, Tokyo, Japan, in 2004. His research interests include GNSS positioning and navigation, remote sensing applications, multisensor integration, GNSS atmospheric physics, image processing, meteorology, and space geodesy.
