I am a PhD Student in Veterinary and Animal Science at the University of Milan. I obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science at the University of Padua, and then obtained a Master’s degree, in 2020, in Evolution of Animal and Human Behaviour at the University of Turin; hence, I deepened the study of farm animal behavior through different ethological approaches. In 2022, I started my PhD program with a PON Research and Innovation call at the University of Milan, focusing on animal welfare and livestock farming sustainability, with a particular focus on improving the welfare of sheep at the time of killing.
