Prof. Dr. Silvio De Luka is a Full Professor at the Department of Pathological Physiology, School of Medicine, University of Belgrade. He received the M.D. degree, M.Sc. degree in neurochemistry, and Ph.D. degree in neurology from the School of Medicine, University of Belgrade, Belgrade, Serbia, in 1992, 2000, and 2008, respectively. His research interests include static magnetic field, trace elements, biomarkers of aging, animal models of AKI and CKD. He is the author of more than 130 scientific publications, most of which were published in peer-reviewed journals in these fields.
