Marcin Wysocki received his M.Sc.Eng degree in Chemical Technology at Poznan University of Technology (Poznań, Poland) in 2021 in the area of organic synthesis, under the supervision of Prof. Michał Niemczak. Since 2021 he has been a PhD Student in pharmaceutical sciences at Poznan University of Medical Sciences (Poznań, Poland), under the supervision of Prof. Lukasz Sobotta and Prof. Emre Güzel. His current research bases on photosensitizers (mainly porphyrinoid-based), their physicochemical properties and applications in antibacterial and anticancer photodynamic and sonodynamic therapy.
