As we all know, everything is about the internet today. There are many ways of detecting a process like the designer’s works, texture perfection, etc. So what if we bring something to education. Here we bring a paper to your attention, the "virtual painting" which is absolutely an improved or advanced method of hand detecting and hand gestures. Which is also used in various of illumination conditions and complicated background. Virtual Painting is where we can not only draw, paint sketch, and bringeverything in perfect angle and shape by just using the motion of the fingers through the web camera. Here the fingertip is used as a marker that to be detected. Here we have used the techniques of computer vision open cv to build the project. This open cv is widelyused in detection. The required language for the project is Python due to its more exhaustive libraries and the easy way of syntaxand understanding the basics as well as it can be implemented in any open cv supported languages.
