Dr. Dalal Mohamad Ali joined National Institute of Applied Sciences of Toulouse in France, as a Temporary teaching and research assistant in September 2022. She graduated from Le Mans University, France with a PhD in Biochemistry, Molecular & Cellular Biology in 2022 and she holds a Master of engineering in Food and Biotechnological Sciences from the prestigious NATIONAL HIGHER SCHOOL OF AGRONOMY AND FOOD INDUSTRIES (ENSAIA). After her PhD, she undertook teaching and research work at the INSA Toulouse, France. During her academic career, she has taught engineering students and supervised a number of research interns and students project and served on various academic and professional committees. Her areas of expertise are lipid biochemistry, enzymology and cancer cell death targeting.
