Born in Rome November 21, 1957. Graduated in Veterinary Medicine at the University of Perugia in 1982. Full professor of Infectious Diseases of Domestic Animals at the Department of Veterinary Medicine since 1999. Coordinator of the PhD Course in Animal Healt and Zoonoses at the University of Bari. Vist Expert for EAEVE. Editor in chief of the e-book "Recent advances in Goat Diseases" for the IVIS (International Veterinary Information Service) since 2000. Coauthor of 230 publications (109 in indexed international journals).
