Carmen Cumpăt holds a PhD in Management and is an Associate Professor at the Grigore T. Popa University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Iași, Romania. She also serves as Manager at the Rehabilitation Hospital Iași. Her academic and professional work focuses on managerial decision-making processes in healthcare organizations. With extensive experience in both higher education and hospital administration, she integrates theoretical and practical perspectives to strengthen leadership effectiveness, organizational performance, and the quality of care in public health institutions. Her research interests include healthcare management, organizational behavior, and evidence-based decision-making.
