Prof. Dr. Flaminia Cesare Marincola is an Associate Professor in the field of Chemical Physics at the Department of Chemical and Geological Sciences of the University of Cagliari. She holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Cagliari. She specializes in the application of 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy to study the physical and chemical properties of (bio)organic molecules and biological systems. In particular, the focuses of her research are NMR-based metabolomics applications in medicine and food sciences, and structural and dynamic characterization of ionic liquids.
