Zheng LI was born in Shijiazhuang, Hebei, China, in 1980. He received the B.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering and power electronics and electric drive from Hefei University of Technology, Hefei, China, in 2002 and 2007, respectively Since 2007, he has been a Lecturer, Associate Professor and Professor with the School of Electrical Engineering, Hebei University of Science and Technology. From July. 2013 to July. 2014, he has been a visiting scholar and part-time faculty in College of Engineering, Wayne State University, USA. He is the author of more than 240 published papers. His current research interests include design, analysis, and control of novel motors and actuators, intelligent control, and power electronics. Dr. Li is an active reviewer for the IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics, IEEE Transactions on Energy Conversion, IEEE Transactions on Magnetics and Electric Power Components and Systems, etc.
