Chronic heart disease (CHD) is a widespread and persistent health challenge that demands immediate attention. Early detection and accurate diagnosis are essential for effective treatment and management of this condition. To overcome this difficulty, we created a state-of-the-art IoT-Based Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring System that provides real-time blood pressure readings, systolic, diastolic, and pulse rates at predefined intervals. This unique technology comes with a module that forecasts CHD’s early warning score. Various machine learning algorithms employed comprise Naïve Bayes, K-Nearest Neighbors (K-NN), random forest, decision tree, and Support Vector Machine (SVM). Using Naïve Bayes, the proposed model has achieved an impressive 99.44% accuracy in predicting blood pressure, a vital aspect of real-time intensive care for CHD. This IoT-based ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (IABPM) system will provide some advancement in the field of healthcare. The system overcomes the limitations of earlier BP monitoring devices, significantly reduces healthcare costs, and efficiently detects irregularities in chronic heart diseases. By implementing this system, we can take a significant step forward in improving patient outcomes and reducing the global burden of CHD. The system’s advanced features provide an accurate and reliable diagnosis that is essential for treating and managing CHD. Overall, this IoT-based ambulatory blood pressure monitoring system is an important tool for the early identification and treatment of CHD in the field of healthcare.
Advanced diagnostic methods are necessary for the prompt and reliable identification of tuberculosis (TB), which continues to be a worldwide health problem. Globally, there were projected to be 10 million new cases of tuberculosis in 2021, of which 9.8 million affected adults and 0.2 million children. About 15% of fatalities worldwide are attributable to tuberculosis (1.5 million deaths for every 10 million infections). To create a reliable model for tuberculosis (TB) identification using chest X‐ray pictures, we use deep learning approaches in this work, namely Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) and a combination of transfer learning and hyperparameter tuning. The dataset provides a varied selection of 3500 normal and 700 TB‐infected patients. It consists of 4200 photos that were obtained from the “Tuberculosis (TB) Chest X‐ray Database” on Kaggle. By utilizing the benefits of a trained model, the suggested methodological approach incorporates transfer learning. To maximize the performance of the suggested model, hyperparameter adjustment is also used. Using the VGG19 pre‐trained neural network, the model design is based on the concepts of transfer learning. The architecture makes use of task‐specific layers, regularization methods, and deliberate layer freezing to enable sophisticated categorization. Training and assessment stages demonstrate encouraging outcomes, with an accuracy of almost 98% attained on a different test dataset. A more thorough examination highlights the need for caution when interpreting high accuracy, nevertheless, by highlighting possible difficulties.
AI and machine learning are increasingly often applied in the medical industry. The COVID‐19 epidemic will start to spread quickly over the planet around the start of 2020. At hospitals, there were more patients than there were beds. It was challenging for medical personnel to identify the patient who needed treatment right away. A machine learning approach is used to predict COVID‐19 pandemic patients at high risk. To provide input data and output results that execute the machine learning model on the backend, a straightforward Python Flask web application is employed. Here, the XGBoost algorithm, a supervised machine learning method, is applied. In order to predict high‐risk patients based on their current underlying health issues, the model uses patient characteristics as well as criteria like age, sex, health issues including diabetes, asthma, hypertension, and smoking, among others. The XGBoost model predicts the patient's severity with an accuracy of about 98% after data pre‐processing and training. The most important factors to the models are chosen to be age, diabetes, sex, and obesity. Patients and hospital personnel will benefit from this project's assistance in making timely choices and taking appropriate action. This will let medical personnel decide how much time and space to devote to the COVID‐19 high‐risk patients. providing a treatment that is both efficient and ideal. With this programme and the necessary patient data, hospitals may decide whether a patient need immediate care or not.

Due the quick spread of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), identification of that disease, prediction of mortality rate and recovery rate are considered as one of the critical challenges in the whole world. The occurrence of COVID-19 dissemination beyond the world is analyzed in this research and an artificial-intelligence (AI) based deep learning algorithm is suggested to detect positive cases of COVID19 patients, mortality rate and recovery rate using real-world datasets. Initially, the unwanted data like prepositions, links, hashtags etc., are removed using some pre-processing techniques. After that, term frequency inverse-term frequency (TF-IDF) andBag of Words (BoW) techniques are utilized to extract the features from pre-processed dataset. Then, Mayfly Optimization (MO) algorithm is performed to pick the relevant features from the set of features. Finally, two deep learning procedures, ResNet model and GoogleNet model, are hybridized to achieve the prediction process. Our system examines two different kinds of publicly available text datasets to identify COVID-19 disease as well as to predict mortality rate and recovery rate using those datasets. There are four different datasets are taken to analyse the performance, in which the proposed method achieves 97.56% accuracy which is 1.40% greater than Linear Regression (LR) and Multinomial Naive Bayesian (MNB), 3.39% higher than Random Forest (RF) and Stochastic gradient boosting (SGB) as well as 5.32% higher than Decision tree (DT) and Bagging techniques if first dataset. When compared to existing machine learning models, the simulation result indicates that a proposed hybrid deep learning method is valuable in corona virus identification and future mortality forecast study.
To provide a better understanding of digital data, there is an ever-growing need for a product that not only analyses big data sets but also provides high accuracy in doing so. In this chapter, the authors aim to provide a platform that gives users crucial information from their existing data for better understanding customers. Machine learning algorithms are also being used to improve business decision-making and being studied in both industry and research. Digital data analysis has always been a challenge, and determining a suitable algorithm and model has been an intricate task. The authors of this research propose a novel platform for empirically determining the optimal algorithm for analyzing a given data set. Comparing algorithms for features such as accuracy and response times from the server helps to eliminate using trial and error to select the most appropriate algorithms. The authors test the developed interface using two distinct data sets: for binary classification (city vs. sell) and for multiclass classification of cell types. The work is carried out via the Python language and pytorch libraries with deep learning. This novel interface provides improved empirical analysis with better accuracy. <!----> <!----> <!----> <!---->
