I am an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Medical Sciences, University of Kragujevac, Serbia. I hold a PhD in Medical Sciences, with a research focus on pharmaceutical and medicinal chemistry. My doctoral research involved the design, synthesis, and biological evaluation of novel thiourea derivatives of naproxen. I have authored and co-authored more than 20 scientific papers and presented my work at national and international conferences. I am currently engaged as a research associate on a national project funded by the Ministry of Education, Science, and Technological Development, as well as on internal research projects. My scientific interests include the synthesis of bioactive compounds and their physicochemical characterization, molecular modeling studies, incuding molecular docking and molecular dynamics, as well as in vitro and in vivo biological evaluation.
