Having earned four distinct university degrees, my academic journey began at the Hellenic Open University, where I obtained my first degree in Spanish Philology and followed it with a second degree in Business and Organization Management. Subsequently, I earned my third degree in French Philology from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. The fourth degree I hold is in postgraduate studies within the "Management of Health & Welfare Units" Program at the International Hellenic University. Currently, I am in my second year as a student majoring in German Philology at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Concurrently, I am embarking on my PhD thesis in Business Administration and Total Quality Management at the Hellenic Open University. Accumulating over 28 years of hands-on experience across various fields especially in customer service, I have dedicated 20 years to accountancy and payroll, working with Greek companies and a leading general hospital. My qualifications extend to certification in operating MS Office, a high level of proficiency in bookkeeping and payroll systems, and plurilingual abilities. I hold teaching licenses for four foreign languages—English, German, Spanish, and French. I also attended courses at AUTH in three additional foreign languages (Italian, Russian, Polish), equipping me for a pluricultural work or academic environment.
