Luis de la Torre received the M.Sc. degree in physics from the Complutense University of Madrid, Madrid, Spain, in 2008, and the Ph.D. degree in computer science from the Universidad Nacional de Educacion a Distancia (UNED), Madrid, in 2013. He is an Associate Professor with the Department of Computer Sciences and Automatic Control, UNED.
