Vera Loizzi is an Associate Professor in Gynecology and Obstetrics at the University of Bari. She also works as a University Medical Director at the ‘John Paul II’ Cancer Institute Bari-IRCCS. She received a degree in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Bari in 1998 and then studied with a Research Fellowship at the College of Medicine, University of California, Irvine, from 2000 to 2003. Her research interests include cancer biology.
