Since October 2020, Dr. Astolfi has held the Researcher position in Analytical Chemistry at the Sapienza University of Rome. Since 2008, Dr. Astolfi has worked in the Chemistry Department at the Sapienza University of Rome with collaboration contracts and research fellowships. She graduated in Chemistry in 2005 and attained a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry in 2009. Her research focuses on developing new analytical methods in the environmental, analytical, and bioanalytical fields based on spectroscopic techniques. In particular, she develops innovative analytical approaches for the elemental characterization of environmental and biological complex matrices.
