Francesco Cianfarani is an Associate Professor of Architecture at the Christopher C. Gibbs College of Architecture at the University of Oklahoma. Since 2009, he has been an instructor at Sapienza University of Rome, School of Architecture Valle Giulia and School of Civil and Industrial Engineering, Campus in Rieti. He earned his PhD in Architectural and Urban Design at Sapienza, DiAP Department. Cianfarani’s research places between architecture and urban design with a focus on housing. At OU, he is currently studying infill low-rise housing solutions for Oklahoma City’s urban core.
