Zhang Tao, born in September 1977, PhD, professor and doctoral supervisor of Northeastern University. In 2005, he received his doctoral degree from the Institute of Metal Research of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. In the same year, he went to Harbin Engineering University to teach. In 2012, he went to the Institute of Metal Research of the Chinese Academy of Sciences to work as a researcher.
