Prof. Li Sun received a Bachelor’s degree in 2012 from Southeast University, Nanjing, China, and a PhD in 2017 from the Department of Thermal Engineering, Tsinghua University, Beijing, China. He is a professor at the School of Energy and Environment, Southeast University. He worked as a Visiting Associate Professor at Cornell University from 2019 to 2020. He was an Associate Editor for the 2015 American Control Conference. He is mainly engaged in research regarding machine learning and advanced control of energy and power processes.
