I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from the University of Malaya in 2021. Following my graduation, I gained valuable experience as a Research Assistant at the Institute for Medical Research, Ministry of Health, Malaysia by working on a project focused on dengue control using Wolbachia mosquitoes. Currently, I am pursuing Master of Science in Neuroscience at Universiti Putra Malaysia. As a passionate student, I am enthusiastic about delving into the field of Neuroscience. My research revolves around investigating the neuroprotective properties of Ficus deltoidea on an Alzheimer's disease-like rat model. Specifically, I aim to determine the neuroprotective effects of Ficus deltoidea on cognitive and memory performance, histology of the hippocampus, and AD-like pathologies. Through this research, I am eager to gain a deeper understanding of the Alzheimer's disease pathogenesis and contribute satisfactory outcomes by utilizing my knowledge in neuroscience, brain anatomy, and the laboratory skills I have acquired.
