Shujuan Chen received a B.S. degree in Food Science and Engineering from Harbin University of Commerce in 2003, an M.S. degree in Food Science from Harbin University of Commerce in 2008, and a Ph.D. degree in Leather Chemistry and Engineering with Sichuan University in 2013. She is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Food Quality and Safety at Sichuan Agricultural University. Her research interests include rapid food testing technology, biosensors, and Integrated use of agricultural by-products.
