Biography

I am a project manager and researcher with a PhD in Architecture and an MBA in Cultural Management, specializing in the design and coordination of complex European projects (Horizon Europe, PNRR, COST, Interreg, EUI, Erasmus KA220). My professional path combines academic research with hands-on consultancy for public administrations, cultural institutions, and international organizations. Former researcher of the University of Bologna, I now work for the International Sociology Institute of Gorizia, with scientific and technical collaborations active with Melting Pro (cultural and creative industries), AreaProxima (housing and welfare), and the Future Food Institute (food systems) and their international networks. My expertise lies in applied sociology, citizen engagement, and the socio-ecological transition of urban and territorial systems — from cultural policy and housing strategies to food systems innovation and climate resilience. I bring experience in the full project lifecycle: writing competitive proposals, coordinating international consortia, managing work packages, and translating research into actionable policies.
